About Us
"We exist to Call the Centre Region and Beyond to the Family of God."God’s Word tells us that He loves us so much, that He sent Jesus to this world that we might be reconciled to Him. We are brought into His family, and are cherished by Him. Jesus told His disciples to go into the world and make disciples of all nations. They are being called into a rightful place in the family of God. We believe that Jesus loves the entire Centre Region, and desires to bring its people into meaningful relationship with Him and others. This reach includes a ministry to the Pennsylvania State University as well as a burden for the many towns situated through our hills and valleys. The family of God gathers in His House, where worship and praise is directed to Him. God establishes local churches, and appoints leadership in those churches that believers may grow in the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ. We accomplish the Mission Statement through eight Core Values from the Word of God, which give us vision and direction. We understand that apart from Jesus, we can do nothing. It is not by might and power, but by the Lord’s Spirit that we go forward to help accomplish the Great Commission. |
