Core Values
As the People of God, We Recognize That:1. Lost people everywhere matter to Jesus, and He wants them found. (Luke 19:10) God has a passion for people—it is that simple. He desires for them to be found. 2. Worship is our primary pursuit. (John 4:23) God desires intimacy with His children. Worship brings us into intimacy with God. 3. Prayer is our primary work. (John 15:5) When we pray we admit our dependency on God. 4. Everything we have belongs to the Father, and we are only stewards. (I Corinthians 4:2) God owns everything in our lives; He simply allows us to care for His world. 5. God's Family grows best in community. (Acts 2:42) Through fellowship, we tend to grow closer to God and His people, which in turn provides personal growth. 6. To achieve God's purposes, we must take faith-filled risks. (Hebrews 11:8) God has always called His children to experience faith-filled risks along the journey of fulfilling His will. 7. Our primary ministry task is to develop leaders who will impact the world around them. (Ephesians 4:12-13) God desires that we leave a legacy behind us. We desire to encourage and develop individuals who are trained to impact their world for Christ. 8. Knowing and obeying God's word is fundamental to all success in life. (II Timothy 3:16) God desires to bless our lives as we respond to His Word with faith-filled steps. When we walk in His will, we experience fullness of life! |
