David JanssenDavid Janssen is the senior pastor of the State College Christian and Missionary Alliance church. Dave and Jeannine Janssen moved to State College from Malaysia to pastor the State College Christian and Missionary Alliance Church in 1990. Both Dave and Jeannine attended Penn State University and during their time as students, they sensed God's call to serve in pastoral ministry. For the couple, God's call has been an adventure! As Senior Pastor, Dave has a passion for teaching the Word and helping individuals apply its powerful guidance in their lives. He cares about helping people discover their spiritual gifts and developing leaders. Jeannine invests in the prayer support of the church and has a passion to encourage believers to walk in a living and growing relationship with God.
Paul AllenWelcome to our newest member of staff-Paul Allen. Paul joins our staff as Youth Pastor. Paul is married to Becca and just celebrated the birth of his first child, Peyton Michael. > Click here for youth announcements and events.

Eric ByersEric Byers ministers as the Pastor of Family Life. Eric grew up attending the State College Christian and Missionary Alliance Church until moving to Washington state to minister full-time with the C&MA. Eric is passionate about facilitating a place for people to experience Jesus and become like Him. He believes the main vehicle God uses to make disciples is the family and loves spending time with his wife Erica, son Keagan, and daughter Corin. Family has been a huge blessing in Eric’s life and it is his prayer that his journey will be a catalyst to assist other families in their privileged journey of making and becoming disciples. Eric received his undergraduate degree from Penn State University and then completed his Masters of Divinity at Alliance Theological Seminary. If he’s not with his family or at the church, you can probably find him at Penn State sporting events as he also works as the Assistant Manager of Concessions for Intercollegiate Athletics at Penn State.
Aaron HenningAaron and Amy Henning pastor the campus church Alliance Christian Fellowship at Penn State University. As leaders of the ministry, the couple serves as missionaries to the campus and seeks to fulfill their desire to develop leaders who will impact the world for Christ. As pastor of the ministry, Aaron has a passion to see students' lives transformed by the power of the Gospel as they grow in their relationship with God. As Director of Women's Ministries at ACF, Amy strives to encourage young women towards strength and maturity in Christ. Amy and Aaron are Pennsylvania natives who attended Penn State University and enjoy music, sports and the outdoors. They have one son, Grant.
Ron WebbAs Executive Director of Church Ministries, Ron assists in the administrative facilitation of leadership and staff ministries by providing programming and planning guidance. Ron and Liz Webb prioritize possessing a passion to glorify Christ and spread the Gospel. They strive to be compassionate individuals who enjoy interacting with people through teaching and encouragement. His second role, as Director of Senior and Visitation Ministries, allows Ron to focus on ministry for and through senior adults as well as developing mature disciples in Christ through fellowship and discipleship. Liz and Ron are Pennsylvania natives, have two children, six grandchildren, and one great grandchild. They enjoy traveling throughout North America and spending time outdoors.
Molly McAninchMolly McAninch leads the Classic Worship Team and directs the choir. She also sings and plays the piano with the Contemporary Worship Team. She is a Centre County native, PSU graduate, and State College Area (SCASD) music teacher. Please feel free contact her about music activities at the church.

Leah Frey As Director of the Women’s Ministry, Leah Frey facilitates the development of women for the church, to discover who they are in Christ Jesus and encourages them to walk and grow in Him daily. Her desire is to have the women develop their spiritual gifts so they can become leaders who can then “prepare God’s people for works of service, so the Body of Christ may be built up until we reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ.” (Eph. 4:12-13) Leah and her husband David (Dutch) are natives of Juniata County, moving to State College in 1966. They have worshiped at State College CMA since 1973, shortly after meeting the Lord. They are the parents of 6 children, Timothy, Daniel, Johanna, Michelle, Chris, and Thomas and have provided a home for many foster children. They are the proud grandparents of 9 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. Dutch and Leah enjoy traveling, reading and watching sports (especially going to grandchildren’s games), and spending time with their family.
Jenny GierhartJenny Gierhart serves in the church office as our Office Manager and Bookkeeper. She is a wonderful resource who will love to help direct you in your questions and needs. Jenny is a native of Slippery Rock, PA, and a graduate of Penn State University. She and her husband, Mike, have lived in the area for over twenty-five years. They have two children, Michael and Sarah.
Vanya DavisVanya serves in the church office as our Receptionist/Secretary. She and her husband, Ed, have one son, Joey.
